Partnership manager at the UAME|Music Saves Ukraine initiative established by the Ukrainian Association of Music Events (UAME), which focuses on cultural diplomacy, promoting Ukrainian music and culture abroad, helping Ukrainian artists reach European stages, and providing humanitarian help to civilians in Ukraine – evacuation, humanitarian supplies, rehabilitation, rebuilding of cultural infrastructure, and helping music schools – by collaborating with festivals, conferences, artists and music organizations.
Programming director of the biggest music festival in Ukraine – Atlas Festival, which returned in 2024 despite the wartime challenges with a new focus on fundraising, raising over 4.8mln EUR in two years to help the country.
Vlad’s work is about maintaining a bridge between Ukraine and the rest of the world by establishing partnerships, making connections, raising awareness and ensuring that the unifying force of music is used to make an actual difference.
